The KB2403 takes the KB2402 platform and adds a smooth, guided Smith machine to the same 9-gauge steel frame — built for safer, controlled lifts on squats, bench press, and shoulder press without giving up any of the dual-pulley functional training the series is known for.

Choose the Weight Stack model for dual 110LB cast iron stacks with a plate loader peg on top, upgradable to 300LB, or the Plate Loaded model to skip the cast iron stack entirely and load the peg with your own Olympic plates. The Pec Deck model keeps a 220LB cast iron stack on the pulley system, also upgradable to 300LB, but drops the top plate loader peg, and adds a dedicated pec deck / rear delt station bolted onto the rack — a separate, plate-loaded unit independent of the cable system. Because the Smith machine rail needs the extra room, the KB2403 ships on the 64" depth base only.

Every KB24 rack is built on the same modular platform. As your training evolves, you don't need to sell the KB2403 and start over — we sell the parts to upgrade it directly into the KB2408 or KB2410. Your frame stays, your investment stays, and your rack simply grows with you.

• Guided Smith Machine — Smooth, linear-bearing guided bar path for safer squats, bench press, and shoulder press, on every KB2403 variant.
• Dual Pulley System — Switchable 1:1 and 2:1 cable ratios with 180° rotational arms for smooth, full-range motion on curls, flys, and rotational exercises.
• Plate Loader Peg — On the Weight Stack and Plate Loaded variants, a shared plate loader peg sits at the top of the stack. The Weight Stack model pairs it with dual 110LB cast iron stacks underneath, upgradable to 300LB. The Plate Loaded model skips the cast iron stack so you can load the peg with your own Olympic plates instead.
• Pec Deck (Plate Loaded) — This variant runs a 220LB cast iron stack on the pulley system, upgradable to 300LB, with no plate loader peg on top, and adds a dedicated pec deck / rear delt station bolted onto the rack. The pec deck is its own plate-loaded unit, independent of the cable system.
• 9-Gauge Steel Construction — 3.2mm thick steel, roughly 28% thicker than standard 11-gauge (2.5mm), eliminating frame flex during heavy lifts.
• Future-Proof Design — Start with the KB2403 and upgrade later into the KB2408 or KB2410 using shared attachments.
