The Spartaks Split-Type Adjustable Dip Station gives each arm its own width, height, and position, so you can dial in a wide grip for chest-focused dips or a narrow grip for triceps — without compromising on either side. The split design also opens up clearance around the rack between exercises.

Built from 3"×3" 9-gauge steel, each arm stays rock-solid under load, even during weighted dips. Angled 1-3/8" handles keep your wrists in a natural position through every rep. It mounts to any 3"×3" rack with 1" holes and installs in minutes.
