Stay anchored, pull harder. The Spartaks Knee Locker & Foot Pedal Attachment locks your legs in place during lat pulldowns and seated cable work, so heavy weight pulls your back instead of pulling you off the seat. Mount it to any KB24 rack and stop fighting for stability mid-set.

Both the knee pads and foot pedal adjust independently to fit different leg lengths and body sizes, so you can dial in your exact position once and reuse it every session. Built rack-mounted for any 3"×3" rack with 1" hole spacing.

Uses
  • Lat Pulldowns — Stay anchored to the seat through heavy pulldowns for full lat engagement without getting pulled upward.

I don’t mean to sound hyperbolic, but this is probably the single best and most useful rack attachment there is, and nobody but Spartaks has anything quite like it.

Lat pulldowns and seated cable rows are some of my favourite exercises, and I wanted to have something in my home gym that gave a good version of these without any weird setups that didn’t really feel like the real thing. This piece brings it all together and turns my rack into a perfect pulldown or cable row all with taking up minimal storage space and taking practically no time to set up.

Beyond that, it can also be used as a support for split squats, Nordic curls, step ups, cable hamstring curls, bicep curls and the list goes on. Again, I’m shocked that for something so versatile, there aren’t a million companies making something like this.

Incredible piece of equipment and I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to really up the functionality of their rack in a very well executed way.
