This bench had adjustments in the seat and the back pad, making it perfect for basic bench exercises while maintaining a strong structure that is sturdy enough for heavy weight exercises. 

The seat adjusts from 0-30 Degrees while the back pad adjusts from 0-85 degrees. This bench features a singular back pad piece so there is no adjustment to head piece as well as only a height adjustment so there is no decline function
